How to get Internet Explorer to set my homepage and tabs permanently ?

Every time I close my internet explorer, the homepage goes back to some random search page, and my tabs I set as my first home page but that also changes back to a new blank page. How do I make sure this doesn't change?

IE has security issues and is more vulnerable to malware and it slows down over time.



If you want IE, upgrade it to the latest version. Go into Tools > Options and set your homepage. I've often had some adware on my computer that kept changing it back. Go into Add or Remove Programs and remove anything that looks like "MySearch", "Mystartsearch" , "Incredibar", or "Dealsaver".
