i paid for an ebay item and shipping, it's been three weeks and i still haven't received the item. the seller sent the item via regular mail, claims the package doesn't have the receipt for the item, and no tracking available, just the stamps. What should i do?

contact ebay and tell them...this guy seems like he is up to something, i mean if you were sending something to a complete stranger wouldn't you keep the receipt? i mean it has been 3 weeks that is pretty long.

File an Item Not Received dispute on eBay, it will kick you over to Paypal if you paid that way. The seller must then prove through Delivery Confirmation that the item was delivered to you. If not, you will win the dispute and get your money back. Good luck.

I have lost something I bought on Ebay last year. I told the seller it never came. He didn't want to send me another or refund my money.

Don't put all the blame on the seller. Post offices tend to lose mail and send it to other places. I lost my item because my city was changing mail carriers.

When this happens, you should first try to contact the seller and try to work it out with them, which you did. If you can't get it worked out between you, then the next thing to do is go to your My eBay page, and go to the Dispute Console. It's on the left side, close to the bottom. You just fill in the requested information, and eBay takes it from there. For more information, go to this page http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/questions/...

Good luck!

touch the broking enable them to be conscious of you will assume a refund if the object does not arrive. supply it 28 days or so in all. First, double examine they used the suitable address. If that is an costly merchandise the broking could desire to have evidence of postage and don't have despatched it known transport. If that could be a low cost merchandise, they could deliver out yet another, to guard their ebay score. the two way, legally you do not could desire to pay for products you do not obtain. If the broking replaced into in charge for choosing the posting technique, then the broking is in charge for ensuring the products are dropped at you. (not basically that they are "despatched") in case you payed by paypal or mastercard, you are able to honestly get a refund from them and that they gets their money lower back from the broking.

You should contact ebay and the seller...its BS when the seller cant or dont forward a tracking #...I always demand it!..keeps them honest...possibly the mail lost it, but he has to prove that it was sent in the 1st place, and hes got no proof..if it doesnt come soon, request your $$ back..
