my answer is yahoo groups due to many reasons



1) yahoo groups website is old , people are familiar with the facility and usage.



2) yahoo groups is providing so many extra features which Google groups is not providing,



3) it is very very hard to edit a pending message in Google groups , i too started a Google group but then i have to come back to yahoo .
