i installed PHPBB forum in my website at this address (www.pakhtosoft.com/forum) but after a few days a new version of the forum release i update that with the new version but now it gives this message (see the above link for message).
is there any way to fix this problem? please tell me

Did you upload all the files? Did you run "update_to_latest.php"? Try to re-upload the images of the SoftBlue template in BINARY mode and tpl,html,cfg,php,css in text or automatic mode. Ask questions and receive help from PHPBB Community forum

it means either the theme SoftBlue is broken or missing.
i would downgrade your version of phpbb (if at all possible) and change your template to whatever the default is, or install SoftBlue in your upgrade somehow.
Failure to do this means you will have to start from scratch. (new database)
unless you can edit the DB entry that has the database to use ( i dont know)
easiest would be just to reinstall the theme
