In Outlook Express, you have to click on "Send/Receive" button on menu bar after you click on "Send" button in "Mail Message" window.



Clicking on "Send" button in "Mail Message" window will only save your message in "Sent Items" folder.

Inbox

Outbox

Sent Items

Deleted Items

Drafts



Sent items are where all of the email you send go, but keep in mind that there is an option in the options menu for whether you want to save outgoing messages or not.
