Is there a way to configure a *new* Hotmail account into Outlook Express?

I know how to set up a older hotmail account into Outlook Express, but with Microsoft's new spam prevention OE won't allow new hotmail accounts to incorporate into Outlook Express. Is there a workaround? (For a non-spammer!)

Ya just use MS outlook not express. However you either need an old hotmail account that they gave you the free upgrade years back or you will have to pay. GMAIL is better by the way free POP access and more storage space.
