Help with Internet Explorer browser?

Question

When I open the browser it give me and error message to either close it or resolve problem no matter what I click it crashes. it want let me get to a web page, right when it's launch that when i get the message so i cant download another browser if i wanted to. what can i do to fix this issue.

Download the file of an alternate browser using a different computer, & transfer it to your current computer using a USB stick or CD

Try resetting your IE browser. Close or exit IE. Click on Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Advanced > Restore advanced settings > Reset > Delete personal settings > Reset.

first go to Control Panel,

Go to add or remove programs,

Uninstall Internet Explorer,

restart the computer,

Once the computer restart, Internet explorer will install itself again.
