I made an account with Saveology because they said i'd get a 2 day free trial - then I'd get billed the monthly amount (9.99). I wanted to see what it was about and I realized I didn't like it and I wanted to cancel my account. Plus, they charged my checking account right away, when I thought I was supposed to get a 2 day free trial. They didn't have the option to cancel your account online, and they didn't have a number available. So i googled it, and found a number. They transferred me to another number, then another, then another. I probably called 5 different numbers related to Saveology. They all told me I had to call a different number. Finally, I found a lady that had more to say about it. Except she started arguing with me about it when all I wanted was to cancel my account, she tried to get me to stay with them and rambled on about all the deals. All i want is my account removed!!! I was put on hold and she came back to give me this case number. I said what am I supposed to do with it...she said it's reference that we had this phone conversation. Okay? So I asked if my account was deleted she said "well its in progress, we took the first step" wtf? She said I should get a call about it in a day or two. I feel like she was bullshittin me. I read about this website online and they said they spam you. I do not want to pay 10 bucks a month for this crap! I want it deleted! if it doesnt get deleted what do I need to do to make sure I never get charged again? Please help!

To Whom It May Concern:

To cancel your account, you need your login information if there is any to Saveology. If there isn't, go to your bank & tell them about Saveology & how much your account was charged & that it is a monthly charge, also. Tell them that this company is scamming you out of the $10 & has taken it from you. You will tell them that it wasn't authorized at all by you. They should take care of it after looking into your account there. They will ask you a few questions before they will get your money back. You will also take the printout of your chat with you to your bank to show them how this company handles their affairs of the transactions that are made. It probably takes a couple of days for them to get your money back for you. Have them block this company for further transactions!

You have to immediately mail them a licensed letter pointing out the expertise wanted to shut the account. Preserve copies for yourself. Date the letter you can get charged and be accountable to pay the charges per your fashioned contract except they obtain hard replica proof of your cancellation. Makr sure you get a return receipt while you mail at p.O. So which you could prove they were despatched letter must the issue no longer get to the bottom of and go to courtroom.
