outlook express problem. how to change dictionary for spelling check?

my dictionary is set to french and there is no option for changing it
i have chacked all office settings all dics are us english then how come outlook is set to french.when ever i send msg it check sspellings with french and distrubs me
im using office 2007 didnt install ms outlook. its windows outlook express pls help
