I want to copy pages from an internet site to hard disk but it has text and graphics. Much of the text is obtained from a database. Is using a printer the only way I can copy these pages for looking at later?

Yes you can copy pages from Internet.
This can be done using a third party software such as webzip.
Webzip is available at http://www.spidersoft.com/.
This will allow you to save pages for offline viewing on your hard disk drive even if they are rendered from a database table.
Once the pages are saved they can be browsed locally as if they were created and are served from your computer.
This will allow you to print whatever desired from the pages that are now served locally by your computer.

Here is what you can do. Bring up the page and maximize it, press print screen, now open up paint and press ctrl+v and it will paste the whole image of the page on it. save it and put it on the disk.

On Firefox Or information superhighway Explorer circulate to document->shop (website) As-> and make advantageous the type is "web site, finished". this might create a folder will all the photographs as nicely as an HTML checklist. Open the HTML checklist and it will look precisely like the website.

Most of the modern browsers allow you to save html source together with graphics, style sheets, etc. "Save" dialog usually has options, such as "single html" and "complete html".
