Just click the “refresh” or “reload” arrow button at the top of your browser window so that it will load the most recent changes.

If that still does not work, you might have to try a "force refresh" which will cause the browser to re-check with the web server to make sure it has the latest copy of the web page you are viewing. Just hit the control (Ctrl) and F5 button at the same time (Windows). Or, if you are using a Mac - Apple + R or Cmd + R.

Keyboard: Press Cmd-r. Thumb towards the palm and down on the Cmd key, keep this pressed down then forefinger out over the r key and press that down for a short time, repeating if it doesn't work. When it refreshes lift the thumb off the Cmd key.

Mouse: click the circular arrow on the browser's address bar.

If these don't work click on the red disk on the top left to close the browser then select menu option History|Reopen last closed window.
