Internet Explorer toolbars etc disappeared?

Question

My friend has IE and all of her toolbars have gone, how does she get them back?
It's basically gone to just the blue bar at the top, then the page she's looking for.

as u can only see blue bar on the top.nothing else...then press f11

and if u can't get it then right click underneidht the blue bar and then u can see different option and choose the standard menu.

Right click at the top where the toolbars usually are - then select the Bars you want displayed (i.e. Favorites Bar, Menu Bar etc.)

There's a decent chance it's still there, but not where you're expecting to see it. Check the right-ends of the other toolbars for the word "File." If you find it, grab the set of dots to its left with the mouse and pull them below your last toolbar. Hope that helps.
