Question:
Does the 'replace video' option in Vimeo change the URL, or render previous links to that video dead?

I uploaded a college portfolio video to Vimeo, and used a link to the video in the colleges portfolio application site "SlideRoom'. After barely making the deadline, I realized several mistakes in the video. They aren't all that bad, and I don't know if they will affect an entry decision or not, but I don't want to have anything less than my best work presented. If I fix the mistakes, and use the 'replace video' option will it mess anything up? Will they still be able to get to the video from slideroom? WIll they be able to see that I replaced it if I do? Should I risk it?

Actually, "replacing video" option in Vimeo changes the URL.

Good luck!

The irony is that Hamas puts women and children on rooftops of terrorist homes precisely because they know that Israel IS too moral to deliberately kill them. So even as they accuse Israel of being baby killers, they use Israel's morality as a weapon against them, to protect their own sorry a**es. Evil using good to implement evil. So to answer your question, nope. And as to Israel having "created" Hamas, it's like the US "creating" Saddam. In an environment full of bad guys, Israel or the US supports one bad guy against a worse guy. Then gets blamed when the bad guy gets worse than the previous one. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Israel shouldnt be talking about breaking conventions. Didnt Israel break those geneva conventions as well? The video dosnt change my mind about hamas because the only way to fight evil is with evil. Israel and hamas are equal sh!ts neither smells any better than the other but the difference is what each one fights for. Anybody who fights for the palestinian cause has my total and full support. Go Hamas against Israel.
