No, they moved everything over to new servers and a new host but evidently the move has not gone as well as they planned. The new server/host lacks the adequate bandwidth to support the number of hits, but they are working on it. By the way, they also changed the layout and formatting over the weekend. Sorry to say, it's pretty horrible at first glance.

I read a notice they had up yesterday for a while and it said they moved to a new server but that some kind of script problem was eating all their cpu cycles. similar to what Mark L described but I seem to recall it being described as an issue with an out of control script, not bandwidth.
