So I listen to music on Pandora which is an internet radio. (Pandora.com) I've been listening to it for a couple of years and now I can't pause or skip songs because it says 'Pandora believes your browser does not support modern SSL/TLS. Please consider upgrading your browser.'
I looked at the controls and it doesn't say Update Chrome like it does when it needs to be updated. I've re-installed Chrome but that did nothing.
I don't know what it means by SSL/TLS and I really want Pandora to work like it usually does. Does anybody have any recommendations on what to do?
Please don't say anything like 'change to mozilla or internet explorer'
Btw if it helps, I'm on a laptop with windows 8 installed.

I've been having this error too on Safari for the last few days. I disabled the AdBlocker extension and it's working fine now :) Enjoy!

It happened to me, too. I remembered that I had added Pandora as an "app" on Chrome so I opened it that way and don't see the message anymore. (I also have AdBlocker, by the way...)

It is because of the Adblocker. It is blocking certain things Pandora looks for in your browser.

I would not advise disabling your ad blocker altogether. However, on Google Chrome you can add Pandora to your exceptions list on your ad blocker by going to settings --> content settings --> "manage exceptions" (located under "pop ups", then typing "[*.]pandora.com" in the entry field at the bottom (make sure it says "allow" next to it and clicking done; one is also capable of doing this on other browsers.

Been receiving that error the last 24 hours as well, multiple pc s, multiple browsers. I updated all plugin s, and still the error continues. I think its an issue on their end.

Set up Restore point and than update .In case that something is wrong after update, restore system to that restore point and look for another solution .

I had this same problem. I just disabled Adblocker then enabled it again and it cleared off :)
