I had 2 windows open, both Internet Explorer, and at 10:30pm a bunch of pops ups said and I quote "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close", it did that for a few seconds then both windows dropped, I'm on Chrome right now. I restarted my computer and tried to get in IE again, same thing happened. Is this a problem with the provider of the browser or is it a problem with my computer? The only add-ons I have are 1. Bing Toolbar 2. Google Toolbar and 3. Yahoo Toolbar, nothing other than those.

The exact same thing happened to me at just about the same time.

There's not a problem with your computer; it's a problem with the provider of the browser.

It should be fixed soon.

Click on the START button, then on RUN. In the box type in: inetcpl.cpl

Then press ENTER or click OK. This brings up INTERNET PROPERTIES.

Click on the ADVANCED tab.

Move down and click on the RESET button.

In the window which opens, put a check-mark in the box which says

"Delete personal settings" and then click on the RESET button.

Close out all windows and then click on Internet Explorer to open it.

The problem should be solved.

If you look at the questions, there are alot of these problems happening, including myself. I heard it was an error or a glitch in the system.
