I have not upgraded to IE 8 due to reading so many still having problems with it. I did on one computer at my office, but not here at home. Question is that I don't know a lot about FireFox, have used it on a computer before but if I switched to it would my Favorites go over to Favorites under the FireFox? I have so much as to business sites etc that I would hate to have to start finding and listing them all over.
What would you do? IE is really slowing down, locking up, etc

I switched to FireFox a few months ago. When you install it, it has a tool that automatically asks you if you want to copy your favorites from IE to FireFox. I would switch. FF is faster and a bit smoother (the interface, that is), and the add-ons are nice. Also, when you have a ton of favorites, it is easy to search them simply by typing a site into the address bar. A drop-down list appears listing the favorites that fit what you've typed so far. That's my favorite feature. Anyway, I'd switch.

Yes, the favorites in IE can be imported to "bookmarks" in your firefox browser; they give you an option. Be sure to look out for it.

Firefox will offer you the option to import favorites the first time you run it after installing it.

So one account with IE has all the bookmarks? And the different one with FF would not? go verify your favourites folder for IE and create a folder on your computing device called favourites, Drag all the hyperlinks from IE to that folder, place it in a USB or "My information" or someplace the place the folder would properly be considered on the two debts. (My computing device > Shared information) visit firefox > Bookmarks > organise e book marks > Import & Backup > Import HTML > and verify From HTML record. verify all information which you stored in that folder.
