Well there are so many options there in IE which will let you surf freely and dont worry your cookies and cache would get deleted. Its of course there in Tools/Internet Options. Even better download IE 8, tje latest version of IE. It has a Private Browsing Mode, with which none of the data or information about websites gets stored in the PC. Just remember to turn on the mode before surfing and relax. You need not clear the cookies too after you have finished browsing.

Temporary Internet Files.
Go to Tools > internet options
Start by clearing all data. Then change the settings to a lower memmory setting. This will not allow IE to save as many pages.

You stop it by setting IE to refresh the page on every visit. It's in Tools/Internet Options.
