You can try www.inbox.com for sending attachments up to 20MB also you can upload it on http://rapidshare.de/ and send the link to recipient by email.
Hope this will solve your purpose.

7mb is a rather large file.. what are you trying to send? can you zip it all together and try and compress it some?
most free email providers (ie yahoo email, hotmail, etc) won't let you send an attachment quite that large.. if you have your own email, one given to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and use Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla's Thunderbird you should be able to send it.
With a file that large, it will take somet time to send it out of your email and some time for the receiver to get it.. also, their inbox might not have enough room to recieve an email so big.

Use yousendit
http://www.yousendit.com/
It's easy - just upload your file and send a link to your recipient; then they can download it when they want.
Another good way is to use DropSend
http://www.dropsend.com/
Alternatively you could use free online storage software such as
Diino or Mozy

Many mail servers have a limit on the size of emails they can send and recieve. Even if the address you are sending to can receive large emails, your email provider may not allow you to send them. Yahoo! Mail has a limit of 10 MB ecrypted, which gives you about 6.5 MB unencrypted. As your file is 7 MB, it won't fit in Yahoo! as it is. If these are the raw files, zipping them could save enough space to send using Yahoo! Mail.

try compressing them first, or start up your own web site, for down loading

Hi.
The size of e-mail attachments is retricted by your mail server and/or the recipients mail server. They do this because of the limits of the size of inboxes and the potential of a 'denial of service attack'.
Usually, you can safely send an e-mail of 1 to 3MB without it being truncated or dropped by most of the mail servers out there. I would keep your e-mail under 1MB to be safe. Somtimes you'll get a warning or notice from your mail server or the recipient's mail server IF the message is TOO LARGE. However, that's not certain.
If you need to transfer a large file, try posting it to a web site or FTP server. Then e-mail the HTTP link/URL or FTP address of the file to the intended recipient. Include instructions on how to download the file. MOST people prefer this method because you download overload their inbox OR slow down their e-mail reader. The larger the e-mails, the more time it takes the e-mail reader to list and display them.
I hope this helps.

p.s. Here's a few fiel sharing online repositories:
the promblem is that your computer will only take certain amounts of megabytes so if it does not let you send then you need a new computer with more megabytes
