my computer has a virus, and i can't access My Computer or Windows Explorer. Each time i try, the computer freezes. i've run multiple virus scans, but nothing is working. i'm prepared to wipe the computer, but i'm going to lose a lot of music. since i can't access My Computer to save them to an external hard drive, i was hoping there was a way to put them online for a few hours while i wipe the computer, after which i can get them back. is there a way to do this???

There's this free file hosting website called www.2shared.com . their you can upload your files and get them back later. I suggest before you restore your system to write down the url of your files. You can also use www.youshare.com. I suggest using both of them so if something goes wrong with one of the websites. Also put them in a zip folder it will make it easier and faster to upload. To make sure you don't lose these files, Create a new email, send your music files in a zip folder and download from your new email when done. like I said I recommend doing all of them. I hope this helps.
