Websites use SSL (secure socket layer) to keep any information you enter on their pages private and secure. If you see an SSL error message in Chrome saying "Your connection is not private," it means your Internet connection, or your computer, is stopping Chrome from loading the page securely.

Here are some reasons why SSL warnings occur:

* The certificate is not issued by a recognized third party. Since anyone can create a certificate, Google Chrome checks to see whether a site's certificate came from a trusted organization.

* The site's certificate is not up-to-date, so Google Chrome can not verify that the site is still secure.

* The connection between the browser and the website might not be secure

Obviously your wireless is not properly configured. Real shame you did not include the model of your wireless router and that you have installed a password - and - that you are required to enter that password every time disconnect and reconnect. Go open up your network manager and disconnect from your wireless and re-connect..... if it asked for a PW and takes it - then you are ok. If not, then your router is not set up correctly.

To test if the issue is your wireless connectivity or something else - haul your computer close to the router and connect up with a Cat-5 cable. If the wired connection also gives you issues - it may not be your wireless or your router.
