how to stop my laptop from getting 2 IP Addresses?

My laptop is is getting 2 IP Addresses for no reason now, and it's making the internet to stop working
If i restart my laptop the internet works fine for 5 to 10 minutes then it stops but my cellphone and other devices are working just fine

I used to work on both cable and wifi adapter for almost a year now, and this is the first time I've ever had this problem

I tried restarting the router and using NETSH and nothing worked

What's funny is that I can download but I can't browse

2 IP addresses, did u mean 2 network connections

i am assuming that you have two NIC cards in your system (as a single NIC card cannot have two different IP address at a given point of time).....just disable your 2nd lan or wifi adapter..it should solve your problem
