Proxy with Javascript that isn't easily detectable?

I can now longer access a forum from my own IP address. I've tried using several proxies, but the website requires Javascript to be enabled. When I find one with Javascript, the forum can detect it's a proxy and redirects me to Google.
I need a proxy that will not be detected by the forum, and has an enabled Javascript.
