if you're streaming them off the site then nothing is actually downloaded to your computer. However, if you download the videos they are going to be stored in one of your drives. just check how much space you have remaining. I have 10 gigs left because i download a bunch of anime and i don't delete until much later.

Its highly unlikely that you will use 7gb bandwidth just from watching videos on the internet via youtube etc, so i wouldnt worry about it.

So assuming you only every watch videos, this is how much you could watch with your limit.

Youtube videos in HD use 250kb/sec. You would have to watch

7,000,000/250=28000 Seconds=467 Minutes = 7.8Hours of HD video to go over your limit.

Watching high quality videos would give you just over twice that, and normal quality would give you 10x that amount.

what's your plan in case you have reported plan i will van supply extra archives in any case we will not do something from our factor to develop velocity,in case you're actually not getting maximum impressive velocity for downlaoding you are able to grievance them that's in the journey that your velocity is 512 KBPS you will get downloading at a velocity of sixty 4 kbps, and for 256 kbps u gets 32 like that,

Most ISP's will have a My usage part to your account page normally you can access it via their homepage, if you dont know you user name or pass contact your ISP customer services and they should be able to give/reset your password so you can keep track of it.

you can download third party usage monitors but some ISP's security settings wont allow it to work.
