i would like to have one window open in internet explorer so i can read the novel and make a summary of it using word. I need both of them to be open in front of me at the same time , how can i do that in windows? thank you for your help

In Win 7, open both windows. Hold down the Windows key and type the left arrow in one window and Win key-right arrow in the other. They will now be the way you want.

AFAIK there is no setting in windows to arrange two different windows on the screen.



however, you can manually resize the windows to arrange them side by side on the screen.

just shrink the two windows to fill half of the screen. then position them so you can see both
