error says.. "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" this usually happens when we have more than one pages up and try and close one of them or when a pop up window comes up.

sounds like a virus thing if you have antivirus or any other kind of spyware program see if you can find it

other than maybe a bug on board. you may have to many programs running or there is a conflict with another program, and windows dont know what to do, so it protects the best it can.

it might be a corrupted copy of internet explorer you can try reloading it

you can run it to find spyware.
