hmm.. if you want free hosting that support streaming audio, i would rather to go for paid web hosting providers, they are better in term of give you good bandwidth and help you for any technical issue.

Microsoft has a service called Office Live Small Business that will meet your needs. And since it comes from Microsoft you can be sure that it will be virus/adware free.

Generally, you get what you pay for. Its been my experience that free and ridiculously cheap hosts have poor uptime and SLOW response times.



My recommendation is 1and1.com. I've used them for years. They have great service, tons of features and very reasonable prices.
