Spam blockers safe list?

So i'm subscribing to a website and it says i need to add them to my spam blockers "safe list". Anyone know how to do this?

well, I don't know how you are checking your email, but it basically means where you can add words and senders to your "block" list, you can also add words and senders to a "safe" list, where messages with those words or from those people are filtered into your "in" box.



That's what it means: add the sender to the rule that filters into your in box.
