Any-body had this before, it seems different from the usual nigerian million's spam mails.

Don't do it!!! That is definitely spam. Also, if you are not sure, then look up the name. If there aren't many results or they are irrelavent, then don't trust the company.

I don't really call this spam. Spam is buy replica watches and Viagra.

But these mails are an outright attempt to commit fraud and cheat you.

You never know these days... well first if it was sent to spam than it IS spam and I dont see anywhere that it says yahoo or google sending you the winner email it just says you won

Unless you submitted an entry into this particular contest it is without a doubt spam. If you were to submit your information they would use it to commit fraud all over the place, also known as identity theft.

If you didn't enter a lottery, you did not win a lottery. There is no automatic on-line lottery. It is spam and the people that sent it are phishing.
