well, i am after a dvd but it costs £40 in all of the shops but on the hmv website its only £15, but i dont have a account. last year i signed up to the love film dvd rental site and when i wanted rid of my account they told me i should never have had a accout because i was only 14. i dont want any trouble this time so what is the legal age??
to order things of online shops such as hmv or clothes shops, do i need paypal????
please help
