DNS Issues? Can't visit sites?

Question

I can't seem to visit several websites, among them Direct2drive and photobucket. If I try to go to photobucket's IP address, I get in.

Is this a DNS issue? I've done a dns flush and re register, and nothing seems to have changed. Other computers in the household can visit both those sites. Any ideas?

if you using windows go to start control panel network network and sharing manage networks (im paraphrasing so it wont look exactly like that) find your network then go to protocall....



you know what go here https://www.opendns.com/start click the os you have and follow the instructions

I second what Brian said, using the open dns also fixed a lot of my browsing problems. I highly recommend this.

It's a DNS address. See what DNS address your computer is using and what DNS address a computer that can reach those sites is using.
