Search for the e-mail address on any search engine (e.g. Google, Yahoo!, etc.). Check out the results and determine if the results are the web sites of the person with the e-mail. You can also try searching the name only, or use both the name and e-mail address.

If the e-mail address is a unique e-mail address (i.e. not Hotmail or Yahoo! e-mail), try taking the suffix of the e-mail and searching for that. For example, if the address was idontknow@idontknow.com, type http://www.idontknow.com/ on the address bar.

Otherwise, you can just e-mail the person and ask.

Search the internet for the info you have, a piece at a time, and see what you find. Sometimes the email address provides clues, especially if the part to the right of the @ is a domain name. Good luck!

You can google his/her name or email. See the website can be about anything, so why don't you try to search for something he/she is intersted in with the city info. You know anything he/she mentions in the website could help you find the site, if there is one. So you really don't need solid info to find it, if you know the person.
