whenever i try to run internet explorer i get this message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I am connecte to the internet becuase I am forced to use netscape right now.

I havent type anything wrong in the url. no pages load.

What do i have to do to fix this. i have the newest version installed and all the service packs as well. HELP!!!

Test if u have online , if yes IE---Tools---- Internet Options---- Connections ------ lan settings --------make sure no check mark---hit Ok, and retry surfing

Click on tools in internet explorer then click on Internet options. A window will open up. Click on delete files under temporary internet files. Click ok. this will clear your temp folder allowing for more space. This should allow you to view the web page you want to see

I would say it is very likely That you IPS IS having server problems. But unless you left something out you must be able to open Internet Explorer? How else are you able to post this question ?

You should try disabling your firewall that you have on. I know that might sound unsafe but that might help your problem. Also I recommend that you switch to Mozilla Firefox. It's better than Internet Explorer and if you get the plug in, Faster Fox, it will go even faster.
