i received an email about an ad on craigslist, the first one said is the info on your ad correct? i replied yes, then they sent another email saying, why wait be your own boss, with a link to www.jumppath.net. out of stupid habit pretty much i clicked it not even thinking, it opened my browser and the url while not being just jumppath.net was this: "www.jumppath.net/?fname=tpos&lname=&email=secondhs01@gmail.com". nothing ever loaded on the page, it was blank.. so i tried just typing jumppath.net thinking it was going to be some stupid at home business scam site, and still just a blank page.. i disconnected from the internet and shut my computer off.. anyone ever heard of this jumppath.net scam/virus? i mean i don't have any bank accounts or credit cards, so i'm not really worried about losing anything LOL, but it still gets me really mad that people are so greedy, i've had 3 emails just in the past few days of people trying to scam me from an ad on craigslist, ridiculous.. anyway anyone on this jumppath thing? thanks!

I'm 18 and I've been in a steady relationship going on 3 years this August. I dont think you can blame age, it might be her personality or her history with relationships. Either way, I dont think that it is worth allowing her to play with you like this. You dont need her screwing around with your emotions, breaking up, then coming back. I think talking to her is essential, aske her why she is acting the way she does and explain how it makes you feel. Personally, I wouldn't get back together with her. If you have true feelings for her, take a break for 6 months, then go on a date and see how she acts. Good luck!

soon you will get into big troubles mate

Is not that you dont use the computer for online banking only,,,

Is that if you get a virus or other stuff then someone can use your computer to do illegal activities

for example to send threatening emails to people or send notices to media for unlawful actions or sending spam emailing,,,, etc.

Then it's you that you will be the target for police amd courts cuz it was your own computer used for all these..

Better rethink about it and don't think that you are on the safe side

replying to unknown emails or clicking on their links is the biggest risk you can take

My Yahoo Account password was stolen somehow (I have not used my yahoo email in years, so they surely didn't get it from me. They must have got it from Yahoo somehow). They used my account to send about 35 spam letters with links to JumpPath inside of each one.

I'm not sure if JumpPath is a virus itself, or No-commit.com, (the email graphic) or if going to their site allows them to capture something. I followed the link in the email, and it took me here: http://no-commit.com/betheboss/?=1501 As tempting as it is, I'm going to have to pass on the offer. Pretty messed up No-Commit.com hires people to steal other's email information to spam out their garbage ads.

Here's one of the emails they sent: (return to sender)
