Why can't I see videos on firefox? it says i need to download a new plugin and i do but it still doesnt work.

I try to watch a video and it says to dowload a new plugin and i do but then i still cant see it. Any help!!

You could be missing the 'flash9f.ocx'. Try download it at http://www.afreeocx.com/ocx/info/flash9f_ocx.html

and install it.

After installed, restart your PC is needed. Try and see whether your firefox can view videos now.

If not, go to 'add and remove' from your control panel. Then, uninstalled the 'flash player plugin' and re-install it.

You can try 'Help' - 'check for updates' then you could probably get the missing plugin. Or try Flock browser at www.flock.com to download it.

try downloading VLC media player, and during installation, select "Firefox Plugin", then you can watch movies.
