'You are capable of using the option,

"E-mail this to a friend", only if you've assigned the required setting precisely. For instance, if you do have some sort of Local host (on your computer) E-mail client program like "Microsoft Outlook", it could be done. Yet the settings are essential.

Its best, trying the conventional way of log-in, in to the mail on the web, (Web based email client) and then creating a "new mail" or simply "reply"-ing an existing mail, and attaching it.

To do this, you'll first need to log-on to the mail account, then choose either New Mail or Reply (if reply simply select the mail in your in-box and then press the button reply), and then you'll be given the option which reads "Attach file" or "Attachments". You could click that and subsequently browse it to the ideal location of the file that is required of mailing, and click "Attach", after the uploading process your file would be run through an anti-virus program, and once cleared of any suspicion of viruses, you are ready to send the file.

Now Click Send.

There may be a number of reasons for this. You may not have set the scanner up properly or the picture may be too big to send via email. To get a specific answer you'll have to give us more details. In the meantime why not save the image to your computer and email it as an attachment with your usual email service (ie. Yahoo! mail or Outlook Express).

Hope this Helps!

You can only click email this to a friend if you are using an email client on your hard drive like outlook express or eudora etc. If you are using a web based email account like yahoo or hotmail it won't work.

Save the image on your HD and e-mail it as an attachment.

Posting the error message you get would be a big help.
