Best free Web Hosting?

Hi,
I've been wanting to host a successful website for a while now, but haven't had the money to host it on a proper server. I used to use 100mb for hosting, but my friends and visitors kept on moaning about the amount of ads, slow speeds, and errors coming from the site. So what I'm asking is, what is the best free web hosting service/website, without ads or errors?

Sorry to have to say this, but there are no free web hosting services that do not contain any advertising. Nothing in life is free, someone has to pay something, it the case of free web hosting, it's the advertisers.

So that i say my experience...I hosted my site as Free Of cost,that is safe Free HOST....Because i got the .com Domain name registration at low cost http://www.tucktail.com/ in that site....they provided me Free blog,Photo album,also Free Hosting and More FREE services,so that that is Possible....
