How to block all the viagra varioations on my Gmail account?

is there any good way to block all or most viagra variations on my gmail in one or a few filters?

Without deleting mails that has words like Verdana.. etc...
(I know some of you kids want to be very funny and say, use yahoo mail, but please dont bother.... please!)

Pointless to filter all of them. Just let the spam filter do all the work, then check your spam once a day for misdirected mail. For all the mail that's correctly labeled as spam in the spam box, click on the "unread" button and go to the dropdown menu and choose "mark as read".
