I have a problem hopefully one of you can help with. Whenever I click on the internet explorer icon and the web browser loads up, many websites that I visit show up previous, non-updated pages. For instance, my web browser is only showing news updates from April from a pop group website I love even though it's now it's been updated many times since. Another example is the internet movie database which, on my PC hasn’t (and won’t) update since April 16. However, some sites are showing the most recent ‘versions’ of updates and changes e.g. The BBC news so I have no idea what the problem is… Can anybody help?!

go check under internet explorer properties, general tab, click on the settings button under temporary internet settings... this gives you the option to change it to "automatic" which checks for updated pages you look at all the time

Try holding shift and press refresh... It could be you are viewing a cached page.
