It sounds like you have some Spyware on your computer that keeps resetting your homepage. Try running some anti-spyware software such as SpyBot or AdAware.

Try going to tools, internet options, and where it says, where your address goes, type in a new home page. If that does not work, go to the website that you want to use as your homepage, and instead of typing in a webpage, just click on "use current" then the page you are on, will be your new homepage..good luck..

i recognize that the numerous answer reported that undercover agent ware is the problem, yet i don't think of that's the case. at the same time as a browser is hijacked, the offending agent in many cases directs your browser to a porn website, an advert encumbered internet website, a web website the position a Trojan will be get carry of or the different malicious internet website. replacing your homepage to about:sparkling is too threat free. i believe that you've a secure practices software that blocks adjustments for your homepage. for instance, Spybot search for & spoil, an really universal anti-spware software, has a characteristic to fasten your browser homepage and default search for web page. Many different anti-malware, collectively with antivirus suites (eg. Panda), have equipment to fasten your homepage. I advise you go by your safe practices purposes and search for a putting that locks or restores your homepage.

Go to "Tools>Reset Web Setting" there will be a check box saying "Also reset my home page"

Try this and then try to change your desired homepage by going back to Tool>Internet options. GOOD LUCK!

go to the page you want to use as your home page. when you go to internet options, click on "use current" then click apply and ok.

You may need to do a spyware scan if you have spyware software on your computer.

If all else fails, go to the microsoft.com page and send a message to tech support.
