Firefox Tabs/Window Issue?

Question

Often times when i switch back and forth between two tabs, one tab will detach itself from my tab bar and become a whole new window. The problem is that if I'm watching a video, it will then have to reload from the start. Any ideas to keep my tabs from self creating new windows?

Firefox has been giving me fits lately and this is one of them, altho it doesn't cause problems because I'm not watching videos. If it was me, I'd just open videos in new windows. (I know this doesn't answer your question, but it seems easier than problem-solving through firefox).



The only other problem might be your skins or add-ons. I use NASA Night Launch which I refuse to give up, but might be causing some incompatibilities.

just try repairing it .... all this does is redo all the code if any is missing for some reason if that dont work it is a problem most likely with the way it works with your computer ..... it could be anything from you hard drive not doing write to a virus
