you can send emails to any one in the world as long as they have a pc and a email account, i.e. yahoo msn and stuff, can even send email to the ppl on the space station if u know there email address but it could take a weeeee while for it to get to that person you want to send the email too such as if the server is busy and stuff, if u sending an email to ur friend in russia make sure they have a email account on msn yahoo and stuff and u enter the correct email, it also would help that u tell ur friend that make sure they have ur email on the safe list so ur email dont get put in there junk mail by mistake.

You sure can. You just need their email address to send them an email. Type, click on send and you're done!
