Get emails from people I spammed?

Question

I accidentally spammed two of my colleagues that I receive information from on a regular basis. How do I get them to start being able to email me back?

Check your bulk mail folder, all spammed emails are moved automatically towards bulk mail folder.

Once you find your friends' emails, open them and click not spam button to return to inbox.

JUST AN IDEA FOR I AM NOT SURE

I HAD A BLOCK (SORT OF)ON MY E-MAIL

SO WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IS WHEN SOME E-MAILS THAT I REALLY DID WANT WOULD GET BLOCKED THESE E-MAILS WOULD GO INTO A BULK AREA AND DELETE RIGHT AWAY AS I RECEIVED THEM UPON LOGGING ON (SO I REALLY DID NOT KNOW I GOT THEM)

ONE STEP I DID TO STOP THIS WAS GO INTO MY ADDRESS BOOK AND ADD A NEW ADDRESS (NEW CONTACT)

BY PUTTING THE ADDRESS OF THE SENDER IN MY ADDRESS BOOK IT DID CLEAR UP PART OF THE PROB. THIS PUT A STOP TO FRIENDLY E-MAILS FROM GOING INTO BULK

SO YOU MAY NEED TO ASK THESE PEOPLE TO PUT YOUR ADDRESS IN THEIR ADDRESS BOOK

NEXT STEP CALL YOUR IT DEPT. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHAT SETTINGS NEED TO BE CHANGED AND AT WHAT END SO YOU PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS

IF IT IS TWO DIFFERENT NETWORKS GIVE THE ADDRESS BOOK THING A SHOT

click options, then go to the bottom of the page and click Block addresses and remove them from the blocked list
