problems with internet explorer & bear share?

Question

Some one please help me!! i'm at the end of my tether!! My brother has been using my laptop and has buggered it up!!i'm a complete novice so any little thing would be much appreciated!
So internet explorer doesn't always load the links i click it doesn't automatically load redirections. and when i use google it keeps saying no search results etc and a little bear is coming up in the address bar thingy and it's called bear share i can't see anything to uninstall it and i'm getting ever so frustrated!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Uh oh... Bearshare, the ultimate virus resource. It used to be a P2P sharing program, but is loaded with viruses these days,



Download AVG Free (http://free.avg.com), install it, update it, and scan your entire PC.

Also, uninstall Bearshare and switch to a different browser like Google Chrome (or Firefox). Internet Explorer may already be permanently damaged.

Try scan your system with free anti-virus such as avg, avira or avast. Use other web browser in the meanwhile like firefox and chrome.
