How do I copy pictures from word to open in picture format?

Ok, I have a few Microsoft Word documents, that I pasted pictures from a You Tube video, not online images, and now how can I take those selected pictures I took copied to Word from Print Screen button, to open as pictures, not word. How can I transfer the pictures?

Paste them into http://www.irfanview.com/ and then save them as an image file

Recopy the picture and paste it in Paint or import it using another picture editor program. Then save it. These programs automatically save as picture files, although you may change the type of picture format by going to Save As and changing the File Type.

open word

click the pic to highlite it >right click >copy



open Paint

click start > all programs> accessories>paint



click in the white sqare >press control + v to paste.

Save as > chosse jpg from the drop menu.
