Don't do eBay if you don't know the rules beforehand. eBay and Paypal both tell you how to handle claims for items not received. So be responsible and go to those places for help. None of us here knows exactly what happened and we are only guessing.

If an item is posted by normal first class mail you cannot make a claim for any lost items until the 15th day after posting. The seller would have to wait until the 15th day before he/she could make a claim to Royal Mail, and then it takes them approx a week to refund them. If it was sent by Recorded or Special, then different rules may apply. If you have tried to contact the seller without any success then i would suggest you open up a dispute for an item not received through ebay. Go to the item in your 'won' list and along the right there should be a drop down box and you should be able to select 'i have not received my item' (or something like that) - follow the instructions and then ebay will look into it. If you paid by paypal you are covered, if you paid by any other method, i'm not sure where you stand?

some suitable sellers do not answer emails. they should, yet they do only not. Do you have a record (like a Paypal account fact, etc) of having paid? you do not say how long this is been in view which you paid fopr your merchandise, the place it rather is coming from, or something that would desire to help us answer you greater helpful. Your appropriate guess at this factor is to touch eBay customer help. they are in a position to handle this and definitely take care of it for you.

You can file a claim if you paid by paypal or go here to file a claim with ebay http://pages.ebay.com/coverage/index.html
they will help you get a refund. Good luck!

You will have to read the dispute pages of eBay's guidelines. It tells you what to do in there.

If you paid by Paypal contact them and raise a complaint and they will help you.
