I want to be able to let a friend access my computer remotely so as to solve some computer problems for me. What is the best ''remote access'' program ? Preferably free !

I use the ShowMyPC freeware: http://www.cleverandeasy.com/Multimedia/showmypc-free-remote-pc-support-for-your-relatives.html
Takes care of home router address translations and firewall issues without requiring technical knowledge. Just start it and it works. I used it with Vista on one PC and Win 2000 on another, so it'll work for most Windows versions, I suppose.
