problem with ftp access..?

What should i do now?

that ftp in between looks a bit weird to me



Also try to use an ftp program to access the area.

In that case (if you don't use a login/pass) you just type

ics.uci.edu in the address section and browse pub then mach...

it would desire to be that there is a firewall on the customer internet site that doesn't enable outbound FTP connections. it quite is advisable to ask your customer to earnings this with their community or protection communities.
