I know that spam is also something about meat, but I'm talking about the internet "spam". On a YouTube page at the comment section, it says something like this comment has been spammed or something. Please explain!

For your YouTube example, if something is flagged as spam it means it is a random, unrelated, repeated, inappropriate, or a chain comment. So basically crap.

It's when someone posts things like "cursed" forward e-mails, advertisements, and other useless stuff. It is also considered spam when they just keep posting it for no reason.

It basically means that a person/people has filled the comments section with useless rubbish (ie. the copy and paste comments, stuff that has nothing to do with the video whatsoever).
