"TO" skill RECIPEINT......the guy e mail handle whom you opt to sent e mail. CC stands for carbon reproduction. A carbon reproduction (interior the worldwide of e mail) recommend you deliver a replica of the e mail to different recipients and those recipients can see the addresses of anybody else who even have been given the message. BCC stands for blind carbon reproduction A blind carbon reproduction is the comparable as a carbon reproduction different than that the carbon copied recipient can not see who else have been given the message.

cc- just sents mail to two parties and both of them know that mail has sent for both of them.
Bcc- if u want to sent a mail to 3rd person and if u want to hide this with main address id and cc id you can send him(3rd person) the mail through Bcc and 1st(main id) and 2nd(cc) are unaware of it

cc means CARBON COPY----It is to send the mails to others as well but the original mail is for the person in TO ADDRESS.
Secondly if we want to send the mail to a third person then we should add it to bcc.so it is also a corbon copy but to the third person
i hope this answers your question...

CC: = courtesy copy. that means that you're just letting someone else know about the issue you're writing on, not for them to DO, but to be aware of.
BCC: = Blind courtesy copy. This means that you can send to them and the TO and CC won't see their name.
